Addiction Recovery and the Five Stages of Change

Once a person realizes and admits that he/she is addicted to drugs, there starts the long travel into the journey called ‘changing for positive’. This journey may seem long but in reality, it is not. The duration of the journey only depends on the traveler. 1. Pre-contemplation:
